I was trying to figure out the recycling options and had a bit of a “why is this so complicated?” moment. The info wasn’t easy to find, and once I did find it, there didn’t seem to be many choices. It would be nice if this was made a lot clearer and simpler

I gave tuneink.com a try because I was tired of wiping up those little leaks that always seemed to show up at the worst time, usually right when I was already running late or making coffee. The setup was simple, which I appreciated, and it definitely made things better overall.
That said, I still noticed one tiny leak after a few days, so it didn’t completely solve the problem for me. It’s not a disaster, and I’m still okay with it, but I was hoping it would seal things up a bit more cleanly

The box showed up crushed and half open, and the ink was just rolling around inside with barely any padding. i’m surprised nothing leaked or broke. I’m really not happy with how it was packed. On top of that, the constant reminders to leave a review were annoying and felt way too aggressive.

Maybe I just picked a bad time to use it, but the ink looked really faded and my prints came out messy. I was hoping for cleaner results, so it was kind of frustrating

I ended up using tuneink.com because I was trying to keep costs down for what I needed, and the prices were better than a few other places I had looked at.
It didn’t really feel like one of those situations where you’re paying extra just because. Everything I got worked fine, and for the price, it felt like a fair deal.

Not a whole lot more to add, since it was a straightforward experience, but I’d probably use them again if I needed the same kind of thing.

I was surprised by how long this ink lasted. The yield was good, and you don’t feel like you’re replacing it right away. No major complaints from me.

I ordered a replacement cartridge from tuneink.com and, for the most part, getting it into my printer was simple. I don’t remember the exact cartridge number off the top of my head, but it clicked in without me having to mess with it too much, which was really the main thing I cared about.

The little cover strip was kind of annoying, though. I had to look back at the old cartridge once just to make sure I was pulling it the right way or lining it up the same, because the instructions weren’t super clear there.
Once it was in, it printed fine and I haven’t gotten any weird error messages so far. I took off one star because the directions could’ve been a bit better, but overall it worked and I’d call it a good buy

I uploaded a file with specific colors, but the print came back much darker and kind of muddy. It really didn’t look close to what I sent in, which makes me wonder if something got changed or processed weird on their end. Definitely not what I was expecting.

Reordering my refill was easy and it went through quick enough, so that part was fine. I just wish the whole process felt a little less repetitive, because it’s annoying having to go through the same steps again and again. It worked, and it was quick, but yeah, it still felt a bit annoying.

They said this ink was compatible with my Epson, but that was about as specific as the promise got. I kept trying it, and my printer just kept rejecting it every time. Really frustrating and a total waste of time.
